Return & Exchange Policy

At Khottaa Gallery, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Product Defect: If the product is found to have a defect or manufacturing issue.
  2. Product Mismatch: If the product received is significantly different from the images or description on our website.

Conditions for Return & Refund:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The refund will be processed in the same payment method used during purchase.

Shipping & Handling Fees:

  • Delivery fees and transaction processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
